With full attention to detail, our Malaysian production site processes high-quality material for high-performance flexitanks. We offer customized multi-layer flexitanks based on customer choice and adjusted to the non-hazardous liquid product at hand. Our tanks are certified halal and kosher.

We support our customers with reliable fitting services through our global network. Expertise for fitting the flexi into a 20-foot container is needed to ensure integrity of the flexitanks as well as the products transported in them. Our fitting services include:

Securing

Overseas transports can be rough on box containers and their contents. This is why Powertex offers a range of solutions to minimize potential impact on the cargo, from reinforcement bars for the container walls, to different options of paper linings for the box container walls and floors, cardboard wings, and a variety of robust bulkhead systems to match the customers’ requirements. All of our securing solutions ensure that the rear doors never make contact to prevent jolting of containers that may impact the flexitank. We will gladly advise you on options and arrange securing services. Our securing options include:

In cooperation with our logistics partner HOYER Group, we will support you with global full-service flexitank logistics. Service options extend to fitting, loading, supervision, intermodal global transport, and unloading at the recipient’s site, as well as professional disposal of flexitanks.
